『Pursue zero deficiency』

Rich-Tech puts and positively uses “zero deficiency” as the basic idea in quality insurance activity.

In its exertion of “zero deficiency”, we put emphasis on prevention system control and process control, requiring the things be done right the first time, so as to insure product and working quality, making our product meet the requirements of our clients. To completely satisfy our clients is the starting point as well as destination of our work, which requires us to be fully prepared so as to meet the requirements of our clients and take initiative to prevent possible problems. During implementation, make sure that the first time is done right, without making work become the trial field or correcting practice. Divide the “zero deficiency” of product quality and service into objectives and distribute responsibility to every position, every professional group of every department, carrying out by steps. Through multiple ways, constantly eliminate the mental obstacle and establish that “zero deficiency” is beneficial not to the company but also to oneself, changing the negative attitude. Integrate the quality of realizing “zero deficiency” with personal position and income in the company, and make relevant compensations after evaluating the problems.

As to quality policy, Rich-Tech deeply believes that 『Qualified product is made not tested』。

Final examination is not just to remove unqualified products and insure quality, but to realize high quality and make the idea of quality deeply rooted in the origin of every stage, like production,

engineering and the development and design of equipment.

Realize key measures of quality objectives


To realize quality objectives, Rich-Tech adopts the following key measures.

Full process of comprehensive quality management is the process of making and realizing the quality plan, which is operated constantly in accordance with the PDCA cycle.

                                                    

Product quality improvement activity

Establish process independent from final examination and focusing on the following 5 points to improve quality

(1) Specify the concept of fine product
(2) Improve quality of factory products
(3) Strengthen anti-leakage policy
(4) Strengthen the management of changing point
(5) Apply different quality in accordance to the use circumstance of client

                                                   
To put quality first and integrate quality control into every process and make sure it be carried out effectively :

1,Discuss the need of quality improvement with management staff and underline the necessity of deficiency prevention. Make the senior managers realize that the most practical way        to improve profit is through quality improvement and encourage management staff to take part in the activities themselves.

2,Take the representative of each department to form a quality improvement group.

3,Record the quality state of each department and find out where it should be improved or corrected

4,Evaluate quality cost and find out where it should be corrected

5,Taking initiative to communicate with the staff indicates the quality concerns of management staff, making on-site director and employees habitual to take a positive attitude towards     quality

6,Encourage employees to discuss their problems, if it won’t help, then make official report to its senior level, helping employees to find and correct problems.

7,Form a special committee to study zero-deficiency and its implementation method. The members of the special committee shall communicate the idea of zero deficiency to every      employee and tell them to make things right from the start.

8,Perform formal training of management staff of all levels, making them fully understood of the above 7 steps so as to explain to their subordinates

9,Set up the Zero Deficiency Day to make everyone understand the emphasis the company has put on zero deficiency and make them remember

10,Set up a goal that they’re willing to obtain, those goals being specified and measurable

11,Ask employees to write down the reasons why they fail to complete zero deficiency, and certain department of the company shall make explanations. Also, all questions shall be    confirmed with 24 hours.

12,Set up award activity to praise those employees who have completed their goals or have outstanding performance.

13,Quality professionals and director of quality improvement group shall arrange regular gathering and communication to find out ways to enhance and improve quality.

14,Constantly repeat those above-said steps, making quality improvement a permanent activity and becoming part of the company regime.


                                                      
Constructing sourcing management, No planning and designing of unqualified product

To insure the best quality, Rich-Tech adopts sourcing management method: former procedure shall delivery good quality to the latter procedure and the cost for any discrepancy shall be fully born by the latter procedure, in order to correct the false habit of “dealing afterwards” and to establish the operation regime of “advanced prevention”; in order to get through irregular information, establish QA system for communication and coordination, and primarily to make regime design to construct the operation pattern in advance using the management of enterprise planning and cost, to achieve company’s quality objective.
